Most rooms and conference facilities can generate or host IP web conferences using CODEC or web-based solutions such as Adobe Connect.

Webcasts are generated from all six regional locations and are distributed both internally and externally.

Audio / Video Distribution Systems:

All campus-wide audio and video distribution is generated through three head ends.

These hubs allows for both hard and soft patching of audio and video signals.

Signals are then routed to campus-wide televisions, web transmitters, and other distribution centers.

Video is played back through an MPEG-2 server, DVD players, off-air DTV receivers.

All audio and video are routed through either a 64X64 touch panel Matrix, 64x64 knox soft switch, or can be hard patched using audio and video cables.
